Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Little Pretty Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic and International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, this is rare but can occasionally happen. If this is the case you will be contacted immediately. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping rates on domestic orders are free over $100, all other shipping rates will be calculated at check out. All items will be shipped using Canada Post.
All U.S shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Options are available for faster or tracked shipping. All items will be shipped using Canada Post.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once your order has been mailed out, delivery times are out of our control. Please allow extra time for your items to arrive safely in the event a delivery delay does occur. If time is a factor we do strongly advise upgrading to tracked shipping to allow you to check on your packages whereabouts at any given time.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped informing you that your package is on its way! If upgraded shipping has been chosen this email will also contain your tracking number(s) for you to check on the location of your package while in transit. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Little Pretty Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Little Pretty Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
