Broken Stems is a poetry book that explores the Journey of Loss, Healing, Growth, and Self Empowerment. This collection of poems delves into the struggles and triumphs of life and finding your way to inner peace and strength.

The poems in this book were written as a creative outlet while dealing with mental health issues, the loss of a parent and the one place I found peace while healing.
