Dainty lavender bud necklace

A slender lavender bud, dried slowly over two to four weeks on watercolour paper in my studio in Grey County, Ontario. Sealed in UV-resistant resin inside a small teardrop pendant on an 18" stainless steel chain. The scent is gone; the shape and colour stay forever.

The chain is hypoallergenic stainless steel, kind to sensitive skin. A one-of-a-kind piece for anyone who loves the quietness of lavender.
